So a lot of time in front of a computer can leave you a little weary, and can leave loved ones questioning your mental health. I decided it was time to hop on a train with my girlfriend and head to the city for a few fun filled days. We have a good friend living smack dab in the middle of Manhattan in a gorgeous 9th floor apartment. No joke, this is the view from her BALCONY overlooking the city:
Amazing. Just to the left, not seen in the picture, was the Empire State Building. Of course, we spent some time in central park, and I had to snap a photo of the trees, which were actually breathtaking:

So then we headed to the Met to take in some art and some ancient artifacts. First, we travel to the Andes mountains where pre-Incan people sculpted knives and figurines out of pure gold:
In Eastern Asia, these little guys caught my attention. I forget what Dynasty they’re from.
And what trip to the Met would be complete without taking in some Picasso?
I love Picasso.
There’s nothing like a trip to New York to leave you feeling refreshed and mentally stimulated. The best part was, I didn’t take my computer, but did all my work from an internet cafe! That’s what’s so great about this business, I can do all of my work from any computer with an internet connection.
We’re closing in on a thousand. The person who responds to this post and correctly guesses the date we sell our 1,000th page gets a free page!

Speaking of 1,000th page, My guess is this Friday, 14thSep’2007. Part me says either Saturday or Sunday, but I am going with Friday. Always optimistic.
